A: NO. We have our price policy available on the internet and on the basis of payment on order confirmation, volume discounts and other benefits available as described on dedicated web page. You may NOT by any means get a better price than that. If in any way you are unhappy with the price or you think that we should provide a discount for a special reason do contact our Client Service Department who will assist you further.



Q: How do I confirm an order?

A: By either accepting to buy a guide online. All our business is conducted in writing.

Q: How can I pay?

A: You have to select payment method on order confirmation. You normally have to pay in full (free of bank charges) prior delivery of project deliverables in any format. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please check with our Client Service Department for full details.

Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order confirmation?

A: NO, what is available for sale is industry specific. Further tailoring may be available at additional cost, on a case by case basis.

A. All Guides are provided in Electronic Formats (PDF) and delivered via e-mail electronically.

Q. Are the samples available on the web properly representing the document/guide I am expected to be delivered?

A. Yes. These are the exact documents that will be provided.

Q: Are the guides updated to the latest legislation and marine practice available?

A: YES, to the extent possible. Exact legislation that the manual complies with is available at the top/cover page of the respective manual and/or documentation. We are always updating the documentation as necessary and there may be further updates required to specific manuals, subject to updates issued accordingly.
